I am sending several time E-Mail for return my defective materials, but do not collected my defective materials. pleas send your representative and collect the defective materials....

I have purchased a suit on 16th jul 2016 cash on delivery. And request to return on same day it was delivered to me coz the material was very bad. Their courier boy initiated pick up on 19th july 2016. I have not received my refund till now. Calling them daily & they make fake promises that they will refund the money. Till date i have not received my money back.
Request you to take appropriate action....

I had, ordered lehenga from craftsvilla through order id[protected]. Product was delivered on 26 July 2016. After verifying, I found it defective and is not at all as per my expectations. Right from.next day I am trying to raise the request to return the product and refund money. But the status of delivery of produt is, not yet updated.

The mail sent to their email id is also bounced. I have again sent a mail but not yet received...

As per the detail provided the colour of dupatta should be shaded red n blue.
I received blue top red salwar but plain blue dupatta wheares it should be red n blue.

Hope I recive a quick response from you and wrong product will b replaced so we can trust such sites to order the product

On 2016 july 17th i put an order for dark green designer digital printed multicolored lahenga but i did't get my product yet.. on 23rd july the delivery boy has been called once from the mobile no +[protected] but the product hasn't recived till time. i called several times to that mobile number but there was no reply. kindly take necessary steps to get the product at the earliest and inform me about the action through my mobile number...

I am having a very poor experience with Craftsvilla. Is it been over 3 week since I raised a return request on July 8.. From this point I only get emails about the pickup, they have accepted the return but communication is pathetic and the pickup is not arranged. Which is holding my refund.

Even the process for returning the product is complicated.. Firstly they dont have any option to directly place this request on website.....

I recently bought a blue and white embroidered dress material from craftsvilla. When I opened the product I was shocked to see the quality of the product. The image that is displayed on their site and the actual product that we receive is beyond expectation. When I raised return request they have mailed me and said to courier that product to the seller. When all the shipping charges are borne by the customer then why will I spend my penny...

I take order case on delivery bt due to your mistake i was not getting dupatta of lehenga, so i was returning that lehenga, lehenga was pick-up from my home yesterday bt i have not any information about my refund for it, i select case on delivery and courierer told that refund is pay by company to your bank account bt till now company don't ask any bank information to me for refund... So how can i get refund?...
