I am order a suit from thankar but suit is not perfect so i am return this by courier and i confirmed from thankar they received courier but my payment is not refund.

[protected], this was my order no. I have always been shopping at myntra and jabbong. This was the first time i bought something from craftsvilla. Trust me the product is compltely diffrent from what they display. There return policy is also sooooo pathetic that u l hv to think 1000 times bfr returning.

its not only abt the product issue or money refund, its also about the emotion of your customers and this is how u r treating...

I ordered one Product. The product look feel and quality was soooo poor, so raised a return request. They is no reverse pick up policy which is really really bad. I sent the product back through courier, the seller received the product but i did not receive the refund the amount from craftsvilla. I followed them via mail many times but still i did not get any response. Very much dissapointed with craftsvilla.com...

I bought a saree/suit from craftvilla, quality of product wasn't good, so i decided to return it. They do not have tie-up with courier company for return, so they asked me to send the product back and they will refund my money plus courier charges. I returned the product, but they say it didn't reach the seller. I provided the tracking details, also proof that product is delivered. But they haven't refunded my money. Product cost was 760+100...

I have ordered one lehenga from craftvilla for Rs 3048 and they are now not accepting the return request. The actual product color is not matching with the color of the product dislayed online. They have chetaed me as a customer.
as I was not at home and couldnt check the product in 7 days so they are not accepting return reuest. Although I had not missed any bills and fully opened the product from packaging.

Craftsvilla is definitely NOT a standard online shopping site, and has very, very poor quality of clothing that is delivered.
The delivered product is no way similar to the one shown in the picture, and the kind of material used is highly cheap, and details pre-given are very vague. I advise people to stay away from this site.
There is no set standard for return and refunds. They are living in some old era wherein customer...

My order id is[protected]. I order 5 sarees from craftsvilla application. 5 sarees which total amount to rs 1000 and shipping 500. They asked me to pay 1500. I paid them through my debit card. After my order placed I got a mail that the saree cost 11500/= and we will return u ur 1500/=

The delivery boy misbehaved and didn't delevered my consignment at my address.. also the attitude of the boy was not appropriate. Kindly resend the my consignment through another courier ASAP. I requested that person to redelivered but his arrogant behaviour is not acceptable. Kindly take appropriate action and resend my courier.
