Poor customer servicing by Craftsvilla. I placed an order of 6 items during a much publicized Women's Day sale. 3 items from my order have still not arrived. The customer service is merely pushing me to the vendor saying that the vendor has confirmed delivery in the next 3-4 days, while the vendor calls me saying that one item is not in stock so to make alternate choices. 2 out of the three items are available however he refuses to send those...

I purchased a pen from craftsvilla stating that it is a wooden pen by the title "Onlineshoppee Wooden Ball Pen Just Like That Gift", but actually it is just a plastic pen of market value 20rs. but they gave me for 134rs., I was very happy that i am getting a wooden pen but they delivered a plastic pen hurting my ideas about the pen and my feelings, I paid using my debit card. I odered a salwar suit on women's day sale.The price was 599/- Rupees.The delivery boy took 1699/- Rupees.Also the quality of fabric was so cheap.I am not satisfied.

The breadth of the sari was so short. It should have been mentioned. The wedding I attended with the sari just got ruined....

I have ordered one item from crafstvilla.com on 01st Feb, according to vendor they can not dispatch the order and they asked to contact craftsvilla and cancel the order. Only fooling people

Dress is totally diffrent shown in the image . and the fabric design which is shown is nt lokng gud the cloth is also not quality one i wnt to exchnge as soon as possible .i got dis dress at 16/2/2016...

Ordered a Saree nd a Salwar suit(together). Received Saree in 5 days but the suit took more than 15 days. Moreover the Saree is torn at border and has many oil stains. Besides the Saree I got compleeetly differs from the image shown. On calling customer care for returning it they said to courier it by yourself. No courier boy would come to pick up the product.
Extremely disappointed with your service. Will never again look up to site....

I had recently ordered a pink colour lehenga and sorry to say...the lehenga was not the same as it was shown on screen...it was totally different...i[censored] really want to sell a product show the exact colour...i had to return it...ur service is extremely slow and it takes hell lot of a time just to return a product...kindly make easier methods to return a product......

I had ordered a dress from this site. At first the order was late is dispatching and i received a message stating that the order had been changed to out of stock since the seller hasn't shipped yet. Then when i asked for a refund, I received a message that the seller has dispatched the order and that I cannot ask for refund for a product that has been shipped ( well, I know that duh!).
