regarding selection of my pack.

I was subscribed of hd plan of rs 500 monthly and also gave advance of 5 months i. E rs 2500. Three months have been passed and now in my dishtv account only rs 933 balance is remaining. The deduction of rs 17 approx has beed deducing everyday form my account. The site is also not working for choosing my pack. Please respond to this complaint immediately otherwise we shall loose faith regarding dishtv....

I have written to dish tv regarding my choice of super family pack of rs, 265/-, i got confirmed sms but to my surprise, i got second sms that i have been without my permission and request, was migrated to new plan costing rs.484/-per month and charging dates were reduce for 15 days.
I am senior citizen of 74 years age and hardly see tv for 2 hours.

unable to see subscribed channels

Inspite of subscribing to HD channels, we are unable to view the channels and it's been more than three days. None of the phone numbers of customer care are reachable
We were told three days back that some upgradation is happening hence the issue but will be resolved soon
Nothing has resolved yet.

They give me Figure of Rs. 270 with GST which is perfectly match with Given Channel LIst Prices

I Recharge on 1st Feb. 2019 and now They add and remove channels at there end and change my package as Rs. 433 which I never Choose

and also cut my money as per that package

unable to select/modify my pack

Hi dishtv,

This is in regard to new plan after 1 feb.
I successfully chose my plan which included some channels from basic tier (130 rs) and some sd and hd channels.
The pack was also activated from 1 feb, but it also included 1 channel which i didnt add - comedy active worth rs 16.
How did it get added on its own?
And one of the hd channels - star sports 1 hd is also not broadcasted on channel...

dish tv - problem in selecting the new pack

I have already changed to new pack and given all the details. Wqhen i called on 31.01.2019 they said it will automaticaaly change from feb 1st. But on feb 2 all the channels except some tamil few channels all the channels as been disconnected
I was in south all sports and add on was english entertainment.

Now its showing joy pack + tamil.

Could not connect to the customer care...

DishTv is compulsorily making first 100 channels list in their pack by their own which are free to air. As per TRAI only 25 DD channels are mandatory . We can add other paid channels in first 100 channels list. Information based on DISHTV official website on 04/02/2019. I am totally disturbed for last 48 hours for dishtv customer support team.

Many times all lines are busy or not reachable. But the shocking thing is that one of the executive member talked to me yesterday at 8.17 pm. - not respond properly and when i ask about the validity extension, the executive disconnect the call.

This is the help which you provide the customers. Shame on you all...

basic tire service pack

Dish tv has mai 143 channels as basic tire service pack compulsory in north category and 130 in south category which is not our choice. This does not allow us to pay for those channels which we want. Why are the consumer being forced to pay for this channels.
The dish tv app and the website has been showing errors from along time. As consumer i highly doubt the motive of dish tv the way its app has been behaving from some days seems...
