I have been connected with dish tv for the past 10 years. Recently i have upgraded to dish tv hd set top box. I have dish tv connection with the "south all sports pack" also with other two add on packs. Kindly delete the add on packs as early as possible.

Recently upgraded to hopper. Both my wife and i have great difficulty reading the information text. And, yes, we do have the large text button on. What else can be done to increase text size. At this point in time, the hopper upgrade is not functional for us as is. We need to have the text size increased so we can comfortably utilize the benefits of the hopper upgrade. I am having Dish Tv connection in the name of my son. I got it coverted into HD pack and after some time I noticed that 10-11 channels are not coming. I contacted customer care and lodged complaint #[protected] who sent their technitian. Technitian was so untrained that one by one he changd my cable and Set Top box and charged Rs 670/- from me. My Self Ganga phuke, VC no.-[protected], had paid rechagre amount Rs.200/- on 17 March at around 10:pm. Through Net Banking, But the recharge not updated i called customer care they asked to wait till 24 hrs.for the updation of the recharge .
the next day i called customer care and they said that they did not received the payment. but the recharge amount was deducted from my bank account.
my recharge was not updated after 24...

This is the third time i'm facing this issue where i had to pay for the service fault that the company has. My dish is not working for a few channels and i called to rectify. They say there might be some issue with the alignment, we will book the service but you need to pay for that. I already pay a monthly subscription and it's the companies responsibility to...

Hi, i am very much disappointed with the customer support service provided by dish tv. Customer care number is never reachable and even sms is never delivered to the given numbers..
Also, very much misleading and incorrect information about pack relayed queries.
If there was an option i would rate dish tv in negative
I would never ever recommend anyone to go for dish tv in future....

I opted for pick by channels and the pack locking period is over, since mid Jan 2018.I have contacted customer care for changing the channel.The said that pack changes can be only made through there website.I have checked the website for changing the pack.Damn, there is no option anywhere in the website to change pack.When selecting any other packs, the website redirects to My Account Page, that page contains absolutely no options that are...

Please help me i have made a payment of rs.1075.00 in via dish tv instant recharge option from their home website payment has been deducted but the recharge is not processed. I have shared the bank statement to dish tv but they are not helping me and they are not providing any proof to me which states that the payment has not been received by them.

I recharged 950 rs. For three months on dt. 08.03.18, for offer showing 10% extra cash. But after recharge they didnt gave me a cashback of the same. With fullush reason that i deactivate tan1 channel after recharge but i requested about deactivation before recharged and after that i recharged... Thats not my fault thats company fault and they are whopping me for this that is not fair...

I have requested re-installation of dishtv at my residence on 09.03.2018 through call centre and charges for it was 200/- confirmed by the executive. I also confirmed regarding cable charges as it may required more than existing cable and charges confirmed was 9 rs/meter would be charged extra. No other charges were told to me during call.

Every time the cricket series starts, those specific channels covering the matches is not available on my connection.

I had contacted dishtv for a new connection on 28th february. I had clearly asked the customer care representative to provide me with a package which included all hd and sd channels. She provided me with a package worth 5390, and also mentioned it would include all channels.

Complaints and concerns with dish tv

1. The condition of total subscription amount (20%discount will be lapsed if opted for change of addon pack after recharging for 12months) was not there at first time, it has being newly added. This should have been communicated to customer at time of recharging.
