I placed my order at 12.40 i was promised it will be delivered by 1.25 i recieved a call from delivery boy at 1.58 saying your order will come in 20mins so i want to raise the complaint and want dominos to compensate for the same...

I have placed order on 24/04/2021 for take away in Dominos app of order amount 705. I paid the amount from Gpay and amount is deducted from my bank account. But In Dominos App payment didn't happened and order is not placed. Please revert my amount back to my account....

I made an order online via app on 21/04/2021. The oulet was Dominos, sector 79, Faridabad.
I wanted my order at sector 87, Faridabad.
I ordered at around 2pm, for a scheduled delivery at 4:30pm.

Hello I had purchased a Moroccan spice pasta pizza for me and my husband on 10 April this year the pizza came served hot. My husband opened it and had the first slice as soon as he ate a slice he puked out and was feeling so sick. Hi Team, I ordered dominos pizze on 2nd april from Uttam Nagar west branch with the older number 200. Dominos provide 40% discount on medium size 2 Pizzas. I ordered the same however they charged me full amount. I raised this concern two times however they are not ready to listen and giving incorrect excuse.
Also I raised another issue at the time of delivery where they delivered my pizza 1 hour late.

I made an online order through Domino's app, and paid the amount through phone pe.i had received notification from phone pe that my payment is successful but Domino's doesn't accept my order...

Dear Team,
I placed order from ZOMATO on 12 April 2021 at 9 PM. I waited for 1.5 hours for my delivery but did not receive it.

After this incident i checked with Zomato about my order they said it is getting delivered, but then I called delivery person (Satish Kumar [protected]) for my order but he said it is cancelled and you will receive the refund.

On Zomato app my order status was updated as delivered...

My order was failed to place by dominos application, but the money is been debited from the bank....

Did not get any response from dominos to my concerns raised. Ref no. 18705358 and 18821239. Highly disappointed!...

I ordered 2 pizzas from dominos, I faced the following problems with my order -
1) order was delivered after 1hr 30mins
2) food was cold
3) but most importantly, the oregano which dominos provided contained a small insect covered with oregano itself. I recorded the insect as soon as I saw it move inside the pizza box.This is unbearable and I am completely disappointed by the service of dominos, video link for the same...
