We had a parcel couriered to Kerala from Mumbai through DTDC Kanjurmarg east branch which is under the Franchise of Samiksha Enterprises on 08/07/2021. The parcel weight was 2.92kg so we calculated 3kg as the total weight to deliver. They charged us 1790rs for that product. We made the payment through googlepay. I booked courier by 28 may Consignment no - Z63794896 from 6 June staus is showing delivered but not received by receiver yet. I tried call and mail DTDC but all fake promise by customer care executive. Please do something it's already one month....

Dispatch date of the Postage - 5th June 2021.
From last week I have been getting an update that the courier will be delivered with in 2 days. I haven't got any update on the same. I also tried calling the number mentioned for the Rewa Franchise, it is continuously...

Sir i like to say that courier person asking to come and collect your item before 23 km. He not able to give item on address and he return back that is too bad. I attached photo of they return the delivery back plz check it....

DTDC while shipping takes so much charges for shipping and Delivery but their employees do not deliver the Parcel at home. They fool the people by taking delivery charges but during Delivery time they ask to go to office and pick up the parcel. Just saving the Petrol prices given by the company for their own purpose
If you are not able to do home delivery then why take charges for it.
