I have received call saying i need to go and collect my courier from dtdc office as they dont service to my location, if my location is not serviceable why are you accepting booking?this is not acceptable, they are others courier services which do deliver to me, why would i waste my time with dtdcis your booking, please make sure you deliver it too....

My courier was not delivered, adress was correct and I have also given the phone no. But still no contact has been made by dtdc courier service....

B77302013 parcel couriered from bangalore.status in transit at porur branch from 12th june.ticket raised and no response....

I many tyms complaint dtdc about my product missing but they are not responsible promptly.. first two days they replied me i investigate your product but still now there is no response.. i never seen such this type of fake company.. i need immediate reply otherwise we will take other actions cant wait anymore...

I courird my medicine before 6 days from moradabad to chandausi district-sambhal
but I couldn't get till now.
then I call to moradabad courier center then a person yashveer didn't give me satisfactory ans. and also misbehave me.

DTDC officer had called me on Saturday[protected] and asking me come to his office and collect it. I live in Balkonda, Nizambad-503217. We had booked a courier from Mulund East Mumbai DTDC office. Courier consignment no. AWB NO D86246667 was booked to deliver the mango box at Hyderabad on 10th May 2021. I had couriered the laptop through DTDC to Kerala, packing should have been in a box instead it was packed with bubble wrap and sent, when the recipient received the laptop the display was broken. If i try to reach the DTDC, they are not picking my calls.

My DTDC consignment number is "Z44811346". In their tracking website it says delivered successfully on 14th June, , 2021 at 6:19pm but I have not received the package yet. Kindly look in to the matter. The package was extremely important and costly.
