I have bought a washing machine Carina - ES60CAGL from AALAP ELECTRONICS,AHMEDABAD on 26.12.2012.
but Within 6 days of purchase it motor of the machine got damaged internally and stopped functioning. Further, as on 09.06.2013 again it got damaged and and stopped functioning. I approached Electrolux (PE) customer care for the service just one year back and good thing is I am yet to receive the solution.....
May be within a month after the complaint they have deputed the service person & he has attended the complaint and taken one part from the machine year back and since then machine is just occupied the space in the house like waste box.... Neither they have repaired nor return...
