very indisciplinary bus schedule

I was travelling by GSRTC bus on the route from ahmedabad to vijapur on 3 rd nov 2014. The bus driver was extremely a stupid guy who was running bus very late . the bus was late fort 45 minutes and another thing was he stopped bus for his relative for 15 minutes ion the pethapur route. he was behaving like he owns the bus. the bus no was GJ 18 Y 4609. plz look into the drivers very bad performance. thanks...

Bus was not reached to destination of Morbi to Ambala (Amran)

gsrtc volvo Wifi not working

Hello sir/madam, I am travelling from a'bad to baroda on 27th October, 2014 @8:45pm GSRTC volvo bus. Here wifi signal is there, but internet is not on. Thogh we are paying for the facilities like wifi & all, it is not working. Even the driver didn't know how to make wifi ON in bus. So I guess this problem must be prevailing since many months. Please look for the solution asap. Give contact whom I can complain for wifi related problems....
