I called the customer care on 27th July 2016 to complain about AC not cooling.
after requesting daily, 30th july, the guy came, and said... the gas has leaked someone will come tomorrow, no one came, then after calling again n again gas got filled on Tuesday(2nd Aug)... which was leaked immediately after the guys left.
again had to call again and again.. and telling them that gas has leaked and from where.. the guys came today...

My AC is just a few months over 2 years old and has not been shifted since. The blower which is in the front is broken. The technician said in the 5 years of working with the company he has never seen this problem. Obviously a defective piece was sold to me. I feel I made the wrong choice by buying a product of such repute. My complaint no is [protected]. The product is not even available. It will come by Tuesday...

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I had raised breakdown service request for my AC as it is not cooling properly on 24/07/2016 (Req no- [protected]). Although the product is in warranty, no one has came to attended the service request. Again I had raised the another breakdown service on 02/08/2016 (Reg no- [protected]). But till yet nobody has came to attend the service request.

Already I called 7 to 8 times to customer...

After getting no response from hitachi since 4th april 2016we dropped the below mail.

I purchased 1.5 ton inverter ac in the month of december[protected] n the same was delivered to my address in the month of feb'16 after following in up for more then a month... N during the installation i was out of station and my caretaker has get it installed and was not able to get it checked because the electric plug doesn't come with ac. When i returned in the month of june i got the plug and tried to start the ac which was not working......

On 8th nov 2015, the unfortunate day we landed at kohinoor electronics, godhbunder, thane west to buy a fridge. The salesman there sang praises of hitachi saying there has never been any complaints regarding this so-called premium brand. Without much ado, we bought the hitachi 3 door model no - ffrsg37bpn. We were happy with our purchase so much so that even my mother bought the same unit.

I have bought hitachi 1.5 ton split ac model no. rau518iud. my ac is not working properly, a red light is blinking continously and stops cooling.
On 7/5/16 a complain lodge for technician. docket no-[protected]. technician was visited approx.10-12 days after date of docket and after 7-8 times calling to customer care no for service (that's very unfortunate). technician said that a parts of ac (probably he mentioned motherboard) need...

The pipe connected to indoor unit is leaking at many places, cooling has also got reduced. Please do the needful as soon as possible. We are facing this problem for so many days. There is no proper follow up and resolution provided by hitachi service center. whenever calling to hitachi service center and their approach not trust worthy.

Hitachi a/c dealer not responding to the request made by me for rectification of my defunct split a. C unit purchased 27 months back, though i am ready to pay for the repair charges. Improper repair being done by the technicians for two times, not responding for the 3rd time of similar nature of repair.

Just sending the call records, do you feel practically i will ask them to create everyday a new ticket and then work, if you are asked by your ac tecninician that he wants to repair another part will you not allow, then will you not schedule someone in your flat to be there for him will you not be incovienced,...

I have purchased 1;5 ton split ac five star. On 22/5/16. Model ras 518 kwd. On 6th july i have placed a service request till now after 7 days no one has come turned out to check what is the problem. Then i got the local service centre phone number and they keep on promising that the service executive will visit but till today nothing has happened. the company tech had come and said that the ref needs to be replaced, but no one has come since than.the refrigerator is not working. no person from the company is attending the call

My Hitachi AC got repair done on 21/06/16 the service request no is [protected] so they replaced dcb board and motor both and charged 7020rs for dcb board-4570 and motor 1800 plus service 650 but the motor is good working condition I checked it with another Hitachi engineer I have doubt they are cheating without seeing anything replacing the items always and doing the same to all customers please take action otherwise Hitachi will lose faith...

Multiple times all componenets changed one by one stil they were not able to put it to work, then they said they will replace it, then their head thane service centre Mr Prasad [protected] promised that they have arranged the part and they will make it working and i can use the ac and meanwhile they will process for full replacement of the piece.

This all took between 1 june till 1 july 2016, since then also no calls during...
