it is regrate to say you that, after repeated complains over phone to your team, there is no response from your side.
No2. the online toll free no [protected] which is mentioned by your Company its not t Tole free whenever we called there is a charges. please don't mention like this

As of in our area location either Kohima pin code 797001 or Dimapur pin code 797112 the capital and commercial district in the North East state of Nagaland there are huge followers of Homeshop18 but the problem is that we can't avail the opportunity to order your products cause our area pin code is not valid, so my humble request to you is if there is an option as such for us to get your products in any way or if i can be of any help please...

I have purchased one Ezy home chopper from HomeShop 18 in the month of July 2015. Since December its not functioning. I have complaind many times to Homeshop 18. But they have not done anything in this regard. Its still in the warranty period. Please repair our Ezy home shopper, so that we should have the same faith with them as we use to have earlier.

Very bad shopping experience with HomeShop18, bought a roti maker, a broken product was delivered, but during return I have found there is no courier pick up system with pincode 831005 whether Snapdeal Jabong flipkart provide same with same pin code, more over for return I have to spend Rs.900, but HomeShop18 can't pay the courier charges for the defective product, becaz they only can pay upto 10% of product cost which is only Rs. 126, rest...

I have complaint against this and send back via courier spending my Rs.415. Though the company is assuring to refund the whole amount but they dont refund me total...
