I had booked a melbon tv 32inch + free mobile and a wall stand on 28/5/2016 on my mothers name mrs. Rekha sanghvi order no:[protected].

I received a confirmation sms from homeshop 18 with a courier tcixps courier docket no: [protected]

Today (I. E. 04/06/2016) i received a call from courier company to keep the cash ready and he would come for the delivery by 12: 15.

The delivery was taken by my father...

The product samsung in the ear with mic earphone has stopped working with just within a month. Its song voice is not coming from earphone. Their is no outside damage so as its just a month i want you to change it and replace the order. I have taken my order from homeshop18. The order no. Id[protected] and courier code is 36667238. Kindly replace the order or refund me money....

They delivered the incorrect product dated on 26th may 2016 named as "singer atlantic mini cooler" instead of "singer atlantic senior cooler" and they not responding us to replace this product. The quality of this combo is very poor and designed is also differ according to shown by home shop 18tv show on dated 26may 2016. Bearing invoice no.-tara/15-16/446743 but the power on/off switch is completely not functioning due to which it has become useless. Regarding the above mentioned subject i tried to communicate the service centre at jamnagar and to tarash overseas pvt. Ltd. But there is no response.

I have purchased a spice 3g calling tablet from homeshop18 on 1/4/16 delivery date i have lot of problems on that product. After talking to customers care they not ready to replace the product. They suggest go for repair after 15 days they replied product should not be repaired so pls collect the dod certificate. I collected it today so pls take appropriate action pls. Collect product and refund money against the product as soon as possible...

I have purchased penta tablet from homeshop18.com. Homeshop 18 delevered me faulty device. Asc and petal technology approved my request for replacement however homeshop18 not sending replacement to us.
