I had ordered 1 no. Lava pixel v2 model mobile on 25 th april'2016. On 26th april'2016 i received sms mentioning taht your order is booked and order no.[protected] for rs.8098 cod. On april 28th i received sms that as per order no.[protected] parcel despatched on 28.04.2016 thru. Gati courier awb no.[protected] and will be delivered in 7 days. On 3rd may, when i searched thru. Tracking, i found that the parcel has already arrived at gati courier...

When I have approached call center of Home Shop 18 they have not replied properly & not ready to listen the complain of customer.
