I am a student and i have got the hp pavilion notebook pc, serial number s/n#5cd7230ycg, product id - 2 fk85pa#acj, 14-al176tx just a month back.in 15 days after the date of purchase the screen use to flick and the system gets shut down but after sometime it gets on. Then after those 15 days, it completely shut down and dead. Now, its not even charging. Its completely dead. I have reported the complain to the technical support...

It is intimated that complain no bjzm0243 lying with patna hp service centre since last two months.in between service engr visited without replacement of parts as there was found damages. I repeatedly request to service centre patna on his mobile no [protected] mr lakshma to repair my printer at the earliest but they are not support.

I am a student of iit madras and i have bought this laptop on the last december and it has the 1-year warranty. But the laptop is not working properly from last 45 days i have contact to their service centre but i not getting a good response. Each time they say run this test and leave sometimes they have run the same test for the 4 to 5 times and each time it takes more than 4 to 5 hrs at that i can't use my laptop. I have registered my complaint...

I have cancelled an order from hpestore for the laptop on july13.

Received the first mail on july 27 for the confirmation on the cancellation after so many mails and escalation.

I have an hp laptop from past 6 years. Today[protected] morning, i visited hp world store in uttam nagar, new delhi and asked for a new battery. The official saw my laptop and suggested a service also, which i too approved off. When i asked them the prices, they said rs. 4400/- for the battery and rs. 3304/- for hardware servicing. The prices seemed a bit high. When i confronted them, they said go where you get your price, we won't do it here....

With reference to the order no[protected] which was made on 2nd. Sept, 2017, I want to inform you that no reply or refund has been received till date though it was cancelled on 15th Sept, 2017 as adviced by the HP representative. Please do the necessary immediately as it is a matter of Rs.32000/= which has been paid on 2nd Sept, 2017 . I am totaly helpless
and astonished with such type of behavier from a company like HP...

I sandipan sarkar, having this laptop faced continuous problem because of hp. The problem is having a history of changing of motherboards. Sysnet service centre took my case, case id [protected]. At first when my laptop was not opening, they told they would send an engineer for this, it took about 1 week fr the engineer to come, he came and said it there is a problem in motherboard so ordered it. I had to wait another one week for the motherboard...

I rc jha bought one laptop from shop name - computerland 51-52, ground floor gedore house nehru place new delhi on 28 sep 2017 and invoice no is clnp-0917-ti851. After checking laptop his checker staff gives me one laptop bag with laptop and charger and also cartoon of laptop box. I ask to his staff anything in this box remaining, he said no sir box is empty and all in your laptop bag but you have to take bar code sticker...

Its been 2 weeks since the engineer visit and i haven’t heard back. My laptop is still not working. The hard disk isn’t replaced till now. 2 weeks and counting. I might be taking some legal action if the company delay any further.

Sir from dt-19/09/17 to 21/09/2017 i repeatedly call to ur c. Care regarding my 999 warranty extension, that may i take a laptop from flipkart, seller retailnet pvt limited, and i am eligible or not. And hp care replyed u can do it ur eligible. But now my renvent celebration offer is saying sorry.

We have purchased the hp core i5 6th gen - (4 gb/1 tb hdd/dos) 15-ay084tu notebook from flip kart. We are facing the below issues.

1. F2, f3 function keys are not working, since the purchase.
2. Not able to install system drivers
3. System operation is very slow.
4. Finally we are tried to install new os, but it is not allowing to install.

I tanya have purchased new laptop on march 21, 2017 is facing continuous issues in newly purchased notebook since after 1 month of purchase.in one or other thing and the issues r day by day increasing. Even the main parts of laptop had been changed like wifi card, every time it get opened one or two locks get broken and space arises between them, from the time my front part have been changed or the wifi card the screen is also not properly...
