Someone did a fraud transaction from my account using ideamoney. Please help me.

I got a call from stranger and he told that i have not redeem my reward points of credit card, they can cashback of 4900 rs to my account.
Smartly they have taken my card detail and did transaction.

I sent a request for port of my mobile no. [protected] on 14-15 july, 2017. But nobody bothers to take action on that. What is this state of affairs? It is nothing but sheer harassment.

Take action quickly. Unwanted questions should not be raised from the customer, like... Why i want to port the number? We will give you good service, etc.

Pl. Port the number immediately as it is delayed by 10 days....

I am process mnp from 4 months.. Idea is rejecting my mnp request 5 timee they r not port out my number and not convert my number in prepaid.. I visited 3 times idea care they r not responding.. Sir, on 21/07/2017 i recharged my mobile of rs 65. I got offer that on 65 you will get upto 2gb data 3g/4g. I was vodafone user for 10 years but idea lured me and got my cel ported. Now they say they do not have site at my place and as per rule i have to stay with them for min 90 days. I have lost rs 12674 till this day. Idea is neither rrimbursing my loss nor is providing services.

Lenghty procedure of converting postpaid to prepaid. 2 photo & 1 id proof submit in idea gallery store. And purchase new sim (50 ₹) for postpaid to prepaid procedure. After 3 day, call from idea company about why you convert in prepaid. I explained reasons in detail. Since 7 day, postpaid card is on. Prepaid card not activate. Call to 198, not solving my issue....

Please note i dialed *121# to know the offers and received following plan

There were other plans too but i opted for this plan paid 399 and receive confirmation by sms
Recharge done (Rs. 399 unlimited calls with fup, 0.5gb data 35 days) dial *125*5# for data bal. Check.
