Recently i bought new kent ro from kent (Kent ace plus 8 l ro + uv
+ uf + tds water purifier), kent service who came to my home to install the ro not installed the ro in the correct place and problem i am facing is the plug of the ro is not reaching to the electric board and for this i am using extension board every time to on and off the ro. Since we are using the ro first i believe service has to inform in clear way but they didn't....

I mistakenly selected amc instead of routine service in the problem option for requesting service...
Now it still shows to be cancelled and i cannot apply for routine service till it reflects to be closed...
Please help me with that...
My product was installed yesterday and today i've started facing problems..

This is to raise a complain against kent ro service. I have raised a complain regarding my ro which needs a repair service on 7th oct 2019 but the company is not sending anyone to fix the problem.
I have called on the customer care three times. Each time, i am speaking to a new person who is just responsible to pass on the message to the other department and keeping the call on hold for...

We have two ro filtration systems by kent installed in our two kitchen which are for domestic usage. The one under warranty has a tank leakage and the filter requires a change. And the other is just filter change. It's been two weeks that we've been facing this problem which is of great inconvenience as we have regular guests. This is very urgent. We engaged rain drop services for a paid servicing in august 2019 for servicing kent ro grand. For an issue with the sediment filter, the serviceman mentioned the previously installed parts are out of warranty and replaced all three filters. They mentioned there is a warranty of 6 months for the new filters. On october 1st the parts stopped working and we called them again. The service man came and checked the parts. I purchased kent grand plus after lot of research while considering low cost of after sales service cost like filter / charcoal replacement. I had been using eureka forbes water filter for almost 18-19 year & had similar annual cost of 2000 which use to cover 2 charcoal & 1 filter replace in a year.

I purchased kent in june 2018. Even after reaching one year, didn't received any call back from kent on how to proceed for next...

I had purchased kent grand+ product but product not working and after every day call to customer care in 7 days nothing happened.

Within next few days i will go to consumer court.
Customer care given service person contact number but he can't receive call from me.
Customer care always said i will arrange call back to you but never call came to me

This is regarding service of water purifier on 06.10.2019 of water purifier installed. The service executive made the request to replace all the filters including uv filters and saïd on non replacement the filters won’t work. It may be noted that the filter was purchased by me in september 2018. So it was absolutely unnecessary. Also the filters removed were taken by the executive which may be used somewhere else by him.

Kent ro is a complete waste product. People who ever go through this review don't ever buy kent ro and struggle like me. Exactly on completion of warranty this will surely become a faulty machine. And servicing cost will be very huge around 30% of machine cost. And the team itself accepts this should done every year. There is no point in spending huge amount every year in servicing. People be aware of this product....

When the time of installation company has provided free service up to 4 years.
But when i need visit of ro for non working status,, company technician has still not assigned even lodge complaint 4 days back.

I had called a person in the name ajay from kent his phone number is [protected].
He fleeced me saying i don't need kent so i will install another machine which will work better.
And he put some sand filter and vanished.
I called kent and had to pay for water softner and install that.
Now both are leaking and in terrible shape.
I need a resolution asap....

There are still two month for the amc contract but as now i facing some problem in machine you engineer visited today ask for service charges.

I am using kent ro grand plus. Every year they will ask to replace all the filters, motor and smps.
The maintainance amount is too much and every year they make sure to collect minimum of 6000 maintaiance bill. I have replaced all the filters 2 months back by paying 5500. Machine stopped working again since last 2 days. Kent technician visited and advised to replace the motor pump. (Cost 2400+300=2700). I have already replaced...
