I have requested a routine service request from app for my kent pearl. Case id was[protected] and it was raised on 17th september 2019. The status is showing resolved on 19th september 2019. However, the system engineer mr lokan sarkar has not visited my house. This is a fraud resolution of my request for which i have lost 1 service request. Product was ordered by DRA Homes on behalf of 56 residents on 21st may 2018. As per KENT the warranty is 1 year from installation date but here the installation date was incorrectly mentioned as 21st May 2018(Same day) as order date by service vendor Om Electronic Services. Residents of the apartment started moving in by September 2018 & the product was installed only 1st week of September 2019 & till this month end the warranty should apply....

Sent plenty of emails to device email of kent about this,. It no response.
In last 3 months 3 membranes have been replaced of worth 2750.
It's been 1 year 2 months we have bought kent grand plus. And from last 4 months we are getting cauvery water along with bore water so water is not that much hard, even then the same problem is occurring the device is of rupees 15, 000 but we have already spent around...

From vaishali (Ghaziabad) and have installed it at my place at[protected]. The same day i noticed that it started leaking water (From tank) regarding which i called their customer care number
And registered my complain for replace the defective...

Water is not coming from kent ro, no action taken to resolve the problem, when is follow up informing today that no one can come, they will try to send someone by tomorrow if possible?

Since then we are facing repeated problem
Filter stops spontaneously. Engineer comes, replace some part then again same problem recurs
14 k product is torturing us badly
If product is defective so company should replace it completely
After few days i have to pay for this when it’s beyond warranty...

We are not satisfied the product quality of ro. We had changed all filters on dated 20th may 2019 through it's dealer name ' maxpure ro - services' cr - 212 laxmi nagar delhi -92.

We paid rs. 3800/- in the month of may2019 including rs 300/- service charge. And now again we are facing same problem of filter within 105 days. They are asking again rs.3800/- for all filter changing.

We are unable to understand...

I live in bangalore. My kent ro water purifier was not disbursing any water, called the service centre, they sent someone who changed filters etc and charged me 4500 inr through google pay. He thereafter sent me a receipt over watsapp the next day after multiple follow ups and said this is the only thing he could share. This was done on 10th sep 2019. Today on 14th sep 2019, there is again no water coming out. Same issue. Few drops cmg out....

Rain Drops Services claims to be a Kent Agency who carries out AMC for their water purifiers in Bangalore. They are frauds. I took an AMC from them last year on 1-Sep-2018. After that I didn't get any service from them or call from them to service my machine. I got a call from kent technician on 03 sep and he enquired about my address but he didnot come for the services. Every 6 months i had to pay 4800 for all filters change.
Now about 35 days on aug-29 the machine completely stopped working.
And i called customer care and they say take amc else you will have to pay again for inspection and all parts change.
I dont understand if these are genuine products why company isn't providing even 90 days of warranty.

Engineer visit was scheduled yesterday but he did not visit till now. He did not even inform us that he is not coming. I called him many times but he did not pick the phone. This is very irritating. I am using kent grand+ filter since 9 years. My filter not working from 26/08/2019 at 6:00 AM. I have called to customar care & booked a complaint. Customer care given request no[protected] . I purchased the kent ro exactly on 21/06/2018 and during this one year only once technician came for service and since almost 2 months out of warranty and now the machine completely out of order, the technician came and asking around 4000 rupees to change ro and all filters because it is blocked but i think it is a planning to get business, otherwise why the machine is totally out of order immediately after warranty, at once all the filters...
