My plates cracking when serving hot meal

Recently i bought a 35 piece dinner set from defence canteen.but whenever i put something hot in plate its crack, in bowl its crack.please replace it with nice dinner set.i want this to be replace.how company could cheat this way to the customer?please resolve my problem.i m scare to use my dinner set.my friend bought 2 set of 6 piece dinner set, same thing happen to her, when she put hot rice it broke into two pieces....

Tea cup broken in first use itself

I purchased a tea cup set from Bismi Agencies, Kaloor last week.i suggest this company to my family about thininking of its quality.but i surprised that when i pour hot tea the next day, suddenly it broken.another day the other cup also broken.i lost my money within a week.

Hi I had purchased a La opala dinner set which claims to be microwave proof but I have had 2 plates (1quarter and one dinner plate)crack into two pieces when I used it in a microwave to reheat food.The microwave was used only for a minute and a half at 800 Watts, this is very contrary to their claims....

Laopala defective cups

I ordered Laopala 6 piece Tea cup and saucer set from an online portal. When they were delivered they were in good condition. But upon pouring tea immediately they broke. Where can I complain about this and what to be done?? Please suggest. I wrote tot he company and I am not sure how far they can address my grievance. Thank you. Mrs.Kumar....

We are very unhappy with this and request you to replace the broken one with compensation for the inconvenience. Please test and confirm all other La Opala products in Microwave Oven and prove they can be used in Microwave. If not, please take al of them back and return the money with interest....

coffee mugs split in two when hot tea was poured

I have a set of la opala coffee mugs which was purchased in 2005. I started using it only now, but to my surprise when i tried to pour hot tea into the mugs, both the mugs split into two and the hot liquid spread all over my kitchen table. WE expect better quality from a company that is so reputed. The danger involved should also be noted. This has happened to me before when i used mugs of smaller size. i kept La opala dinner set big bowl ( which clearly says 'microwave safe') with some food in microwave for two minutes and it broke into two pieces in less than a minute. I really dont know where to go and complaint. I was gifted by someone and cannot go and ask them where they bought it from.

La opala plate set broken into pieces while serving food hot

I bought one La Opala plate set from Big Bazar Bangalore. There were 6 plates, 2 big bowls, 6 small bowls and 4 small plates. While I was serving food hot , one of the plates just got split into two parts almost in the middle. This again happened later in while I was serving hot ragi in one of the big bowls. The company says the plates are microwave safe, but, the plates cannot be used for serving food hot. I cannot imagine...

Dinner plate not microwave safe.

Hi,
I bought a set of dinner plates from laopala from a shop near Crawford market. It specifically says that it is microwave safe.
When I was trying to heat(not cook) some food, the plate cracked into small pieces, damaging my microwave as well. it was in there for hardly 2 minutes when this happened.

Manufacturing Defect in Coffee mug set

Dear Sir/ Madam

I had purchased one coffee mug set of LA OPALA brand from Vishal Mega Mart in Vapi (Gujarat) in the month of August-09.

On 14/11/2009 I have purchased Laopala dinner set diva collection.After opening of the pack I found one scratch card, after scratching I found that CAR is written on the card.But Big Bazar from where I have purchased this dinner set,telling few months back this offer was there, now there is no offer.But on this pack no date is written for offer , only written "Assured gift with every purchase till stocks last".
