Ice formation in Deep Freezer

The Ref was purchased by me in Oct 06 from Allahabad. Presently I am posted at Gandhinagar. I had lodged a complaint 40 days back for Ice formation in Deep Freezer. The Engineer from LG visited in the 2nd week of Sep 08 & he told us that Rubber Gasket of the Deep Freezer is the problem & it will be changed. Dear sir,

I have a lg microwave oven. Its grill has stopped working. I gave a complaint at the lg call center on the 06 oct 08. The service engineer came and diagnosed that the heating element of the grill needs to be changed. He promised to return the next day for replacement of the heating element. Air conditioner not cooling after installation

Product Code LPK3685QC –LG Air conditioner bought on 17.08.08 delivered on 24.08.08. Installation in the 1st Week of Sep’08. When we tried using the AC for the first time after installation on 8th Oct’08 the AC was not cooling. We immediately placed a complaint with the LG service centre. Complaint No W8CA1000357 dated 9th Oct’08.
Two different engineers visited us on 11th Oct’08. They were both clueless...

Failed commitment for delivery of product

Not honouring of the warranty

I bought an LG DVD player model no. DV 325 from vasai, Thane, Maharashtra. I was informed by the dealer KRISHNA ELECTRIONICS that LG customer service is very good.

Exceptional Bad Piece to buy

I got brand new handset of LG (model -RD6230)
after six months, product started giving me trouble like:-
1) bateery getting low after two, three hours o[censored]se

Negligence and Substandard Product

Door Replacement

Hi,

LG service is so bad and time consuming that i have a huge issue on this.

I had a door replacement to be done for my newly bought Microwave oven as it was not closing properly and had burnt to a larget extent. It was under warrenty.

Had called their Customer complaint dept and logged my complaint. Their engg visited our place after7 days and tolad us that he will replace the door in a weeks...

I bought a LG room Air Conditioner a year before. Poor after sales service

We had purchased two split air conditioner(2 Tons). One is installed at our new location(10Idc) and another one installed at 15A Institutional area sec-18 gurgaon.
After couple of months we observed that the water leakege from drain pipe.And we lodged complaint about it at your gurgaon call center and recieved two complaint nos N8C 72502386 and N8c 72800403 respectively.And repersentative from the call center had visited the premises...
