Last year, in july 2015, i bought a micromaxx kanvas knight2 phone. The phone was working fine. But in march 2016 it was shutdown automatically and didn't start after that. I have purchased Micromax E313 on 08 Feb 2016 and it stopped working in next few weeks. So I had given the phone for service on 23 Feb 2016. Its more than 50 days from now and still the phone is not returned. Every time I call, the service people are giving same 21 days excuse till date. It is not at all acceptable that such a reputed organisation takes such a long period to address the customer issue.

This is to inform that i was purchased kinght 2 few month back and mobile device suddenly got hanged and not able to up due to this i lost my contacts and all data from phone. As i complained micromax, they ept my phone for 1 month and replace it in 1 month as said this is new phone and in actual that was used phone.
