After two time trouble shooting in micromax care center, i have submitted my ao5510 yureka mobile in micromax care center durg, ( c.G. ) on 21/01/2016 for replacement, but till date (08/02/2016) i have not received the mobile....

I had given my mobile to micromax m/s bright solution on 10 dec 15 . the had told to deliver mobile in my house but they are not providing i had repeted complain in costumer care they are telling 15 days but dtill tthey had not delivered my job sheet no. s[protected]. they had also make a new job sheet s[protected] without informing me....

Respected sir/mam, I am facing problem while operating my tablet. It does not respond when it's get switch off. I have to wait for exhaustion then it respond with charger.

I purchased a mobile and now it has been 29days..

and now facing too many problems:-

1)excessive heating while running or charging..
2)sometimes system screen gets blank for 7-8 min, and phone gets restarted.
3)sim in slot 2 doesn't work properly.(even when i inserted the sim
it's not showing the sim)
4)battery starts decreasing 1%...

This is my second complain. After the first complain there is no responce from micromax.
I've submitted my micromax canvas express2 (model nu E313) at 18 december in Kanpur. I am facing the same issue, this handset has serious bugs. I purchased on 31 Jan 2016, 1 week is not past and i am facing issues. I tried to call Customer care team they are not interested. This phone reboots when Inbox of SMS is tried to be opened from Phone memory. Also it creates issue when I dial 1 specific no. Pl. help Me.

I gave my mobile for changing touch screen and battery in micromax service centre on 6th jan 2016. they told me mobile will be ready within a month. still now i didn't got any call. i try them more than 10 times. but they told your mobile is still not yet didpstched from the head office. they told the same answer. i am really very upset with micromax service....
