I had purchased micromax AD4500 from chennai on 5TH June 2015. Had problem with the touch malfunctioning within few days of purchase and went to M/S Ocean mobile care, Velachery, Chennai on 27th June, 2015. They told me to give the phone and, told that they will have to replace the touch and took my phone away.
