Dear Forum I would like to put this in your kind notice that Micromax could not repair a handset even after 1 and a half month. when ever i visit their Service centre or call to customer care department they always ask me to wait for another 20 days. They don't have any satisfactory answer the just feel sorry and ask you to keep waiting. This is my worst ever experience with any company. Please suggest whom to contact... Is there...

Sir, i purchased micromax canvas 2 colours on 6 january 2015 from flipkart. In june 2015 the phone stopped working .when I submitted my phone in micromax service center located in Greek Gang Sitapur uttar pradesh they told me that phone was dead during repair and they replaced the phone with other category of phone( micromax unite 2) which is too cheap in comparision of my phone . please help me sir i am attaching the invoice of purchase...

Hii .I am Harpreet Singh, I am using Micromax A068 . my board has went wrong and on 27/7/2015 i droped my phone on customer care centre of micromax at Sector 16 Market, faridabad . Since then i have not received my phone and they told me that you will get your phone in 5 days since then i have visited them 3 times and 4 times telephonicaly .
