I purchased new moto G6 on 31 aug 2018.From 17 March 2019 the phone is not charging . i went to customer care 3 times till today. they are asking to get motherboard replaced without warranty. the charging cable is working but the phone is not getting charged.The customer care people are asking 7500rs for the new motherboard saying it is not in guarantee. The guarantee period is not expired till yet. So please get this issue fixed in the guarantee....

Today i went to Motorola service centre in indore for changing charger socket they changed the socket by it is not turbo connecting and they charged me 850 rupees for that socket but then also it is not is the previous condition before it was initially and not connecting turbo charging And also it is charging too much slowly .. 5 hours are taking for full charging ... Hi, i have purchased motorola one power mobile on 22 oct 2018. This mobile is supposed to have gorilla glass which doesn't break easily but yesterday a simple fall from bed of about 1 feet, the display got broken.
