Amazon refund

I cancel an order on Amazon on 2nd February 2021 of Rs 12499. Amazon processed a refund and said that it will be credited in my PNB account by 7nd February Amazon refund no - 74332741034103308372486 my refund is still not credited in my account please resolve my issue...

Refunds not processed by bank

Cash is not received through ATM machine

Refund initiated by Amazon but not received

I have ordered product in Amazon on 23rd January, 2021 worth 3105 rupees. Later I returned product and asked for refund in my bank account. But I have not still received my refund. My bank account was Oriental Bank of Commerce which is now PNB.

On 25th January, 2021 I wanted to place an order of 1017/- on Jockey.in via PNB Debit Card. But unfortunately, the payment was failed on the payment page.
