Today 19 june 2016 I recharged with Rs 92 under the super data offer that the retailer cheked for my no. But I got only 500 mbfor 7 days so I called the company's customer care but they said they cant do anything for it. I need my data that's really urgent and if I didn't got it in next few hours I will have to switch my sim card with some other company, I had a really bad day and I'm really fed up now...

I got an offer on *129#, it shows, on recharge of rs 95= 1 gb 3g data for 3 days in "flavor of month section". After recharge of rs 95 i got nothing but only rs 79 promo talk time which is useless for me as i use minute pack.
After that i tried to contact customer care but there is no response from them.
This is not first time. Every time reliance shows fake offers.

i have earlier reliance cdma connectio ([protected]) which was blocked. On 13 jun 16 it was replaced by one new gsm sim and after 6 days it was not activated. My maximum work has been obstruct due to non activation of my mob no. The details of old & new sim as below.

Reliance cdma services completely in lucknow without any prior notice & not started 4g services | having problem for all users which are only dependent on reliance.

They are also not telling the correct thing by email. They always said that check your laptop/data card setting. It may be true but for all users in lucknow can't have their settings corrupted.

Also they are not telling the correct date for 4g launch.br...

This is pathetic connection. Pathetic service by reliance. Its been one and a half year now that i have their connection and it disconnects 4 to 5 times in a day for 5 minutes to half an hour. I have been complaining about it to them regularly. There are at least three complaints in a week and i have details with minutes as in when it disconnected and when started.
