Hi,
I am ruban and recently reliance have offered me a postpaid plan and aftter activating the plan i was getting signal and showing no networks, since i was residing in heart of chennai city and i am not getting towers so please take some action against this issue's

Since i have submitted my complaints many times through reliance customer care and so far no response and resolution from reliance

I have paid my bill as on 14 june 2016 via net banking, still i am not getting any confirmation about my bill payment. When i called to confirm payment customer care executive told me that still the have not get payment.

i have paid amount Rs. 172/- towards my bill via net banking iam submiting the image of this. customer care executive is not supporting regarding my bill payment....

My previous complain to your concern, i am pasting the same again here because i dont know what action you are taking for the consumers. i have a very big doubt because,

I have registered the new sim no. By sending the message and received the sms that your no. Has been registered successfully.
On net it is also showing that this no. Has already been registered on 05.06.16.
But the new sim (Gsm) is not working. The sim is showing that your no. Has not been registered.

This is to report that I received call on 31st May 2016 to reliance communication (Mr. Prateek[protected] to purchase postpaid SIM and they understand me post plan and I was agree terms and condition. This is continuing of reliance services harrasment. I have paid rs2699/- for new wifi pod device for existing ([protected]) wipod connection order no oveojfclv on 1st june. But till now no details regarding shipment nor any type customer service/feedback through any platform. I am a user of Reliance mobile from Aurangabad maharastra, last month i have converted my CDMA sim card to GSM sim card due to migration of the same. I guess by month of march, have taken two dongle ([protected] &[protected]) with the plan 1000 Ruppes 40 GB 10 MBPS speed but i haven't received even in 512 kbps speed.
on March end i received a bill for around 400 for each.

I have raised a concern to customer care that speed is very slow and requested them to update me then i will pay the bill.

I m residing in meerut rural it's nearer to pincode 250406 area. I m facing no network since last 48 hrs .since tat no communication frm company has been made for wt reason this network service not available.while other networks are available normally without any limitations. While tower or reliance is not so far which can b a coz service interruption....

Reliance stopped service of cdma from 22 may so i can't able to port out before 90days of mnp as per tria reliance says me that i[censored] want to continue number do 4g upgrade after this u can port out no any 90days lock. But now they doesn't give me upc code (C no[protected] not solved...

Reliance wipod - Reliance communications - Worst service when compared to all the other competitors. These people keep executives in shop who don't even know basic details. All they respond is "what can i do", "how come we know". If these people claiming as customer service executive are not even aware of basic details, then why are they given those positions. Its just frustrating to even to go to Reliance mobile stores and these executives...

Ir i wish to inform you that whenever i have change my cdma no. To 4g, there is much communication problem due to tower not connected properly. Because my resident is on first floor and flats has two floors. So many companies tower has problem to reslove that but some companies also provide very good result. I have messaged to 1900 but couldn't get the code so I called to reliance customer care to get a MNP CODE. I have called so many times and every time they gave me a wrong MNP CODE, which is rejected by other network company thrice. I beg to state that i have a reliance cell phone no [protected] and call charge rate is 25 price per minute.
I have done a call from this phone to [protected] today, ie, 17.06.2016 at 10:15 am, call duration time was 5 min 52 sec.
But, call charge deduction done by the reliance co. Is rs. 8.80 and the co. Take more charge rs. 7.30.
Actual call charge = 6 x 25 = 150 price = rs. 1.50.
