I have asked to de-active services on my connection on 22nd Aug and make a payment of Rs 823 against last billed+ differential amount. They offered me that I can go for safe custody mode and latter i can activate it any time. After that I received the bill for next moth, I called the customer support and they assured me that it will be waived and I need not worry. latter in december again i receive the bill and i called the customer support...

Sir I have send a multiple message to 1900 PORT mobile number but in return again and again same reply your number is worng. I have talktime balance of RS 250 but without any information reliance has stopped its 2g service but what can i do now....

Sir, my main account balance(cdma) getting deducted while using net. my net pack back balance showing 190 mb.after repeated call to customer service of rcom, the customer service representative keeping me hold while saying his senior is busy....
