Purchased a plan for 4 mbps a month before from reliance and the speed i am getting is max. 500kbps nd average speed is 200kbps and many a times the modem doesnt work i hav to make data recharges on my cell.. and even after complaining many times there is no change in speed..my user id is[protected]....

On 9th Jan 16 I got a message from relaince communications that I will get 1 Gb 3g net pack for 28 days on my prepaid GSM number [protected] on recharge of 123 Rs . I made a recharge of 123 Rs on same day but I received only 500 MB 3G DATA. I made a call to relaince customer care but instead of helping me he asked me to call him after two hours, once again I made a call to customer care (Mr Neeraj) he also told me do the same and he just disconnected...
