Value Added Services (VAS) got activated on its own and Rs. 40 got deducted.
Trying to contact Reliance Customer care on their Toll free number 198 but couldn't connect to them since 2 days.

I am facing network coverage problem in my area from last 2 Months.. They replies me as they are having technical problem.. But after complaining daily they don't solve this problem.. In January I placed a request to convert my phone ( [protected] ) from postpaid to prepaid. All the relevant documents regarding this were submitted to RCom. But it's 23.04.2015 and I am still struggling for my 15 year old to get activated either in postpaid or prepaid. As per RCom my number is active in prepaid but still not able to receive or make calls due to there technical problem, this is the statement from there customer care department....

Hi, Since last more than one month I am facing harassment from Reliance Communication. My Name is Mayank (Mobile No : [protected], Pune). I am using reliance pre paid connection.
