While ordering it asked for us to include Trio Pad Wireless Charger with no cost. Then I added(attached the sample snapshot for reference) item and ordered the product but the Trio Pad Wireless Charger was not delivered.

I bought a mobile Samsung galaxy M21. Within 1 year and 2 months, the motherboard got repaired. I didn't fall down or in the water. Mobile also looks new and i didn't use it properly. Just i used calls and messages only. I didn't play a single game. how is it possible that within 1 year the motherboard got damaged. I want to replace or repair my phone.

I registered my complaint of NO DISPLAY in my SAMSUNG LED 43 inch TV on[protected].
Samsung Service Center ordered a new LED Panel and gave 30th Sep 2021 as the completion date.
The date was then revised to 5th Oct 2021 - with lots of apologies and assurances.
