The Company is also aware of it and just diverting the issue to their service centre without solving it. In such cases Company should replace the part free of cost without misleading consumers.

Even after my request to look into this on priority no one has responded back yet. Selling a faulty product in itself is a bad experience and on top of that not showing any urgency to replace it is even worse. Especially when it is a premium product like the Fold 3. There should have been some kind of recognition for customers spending their hard-earned money into the costliest phone on the planet.

My samsung mobile M31S was updated and from that time it was auto restarting and stucking continuously while doing some thing for long time so please provide or do faver to me as early as possible otherwise i will take serious action that u cannot bare.
