also on escalation through Samsung customer care, Samsung authority failed to analyze the issues and blaming physical damage and traces of water in side the phone.

My concern is no one is analyses the cause...

I ordered Galaxy Watch 4 Pink Gold on 29 September 2021 through Samsung Shop App. As per the email received and Samsung Shop App, the delivery date is 21 October 2021. I was updated the software on last month. Mobile got automatically restart while I was accessing any mobile application. I went to service center they told board problem. It was an affected not only myself, 4+ my friends are same issue after upgrade. My friends are working in HCL, TCS, WIPRO and Infosys. Hi Samsung, I raised the complaint related to the Samsung washing machine. I had purchased Top load washing machine (WA70T4262GS/TL) on 6th oct-21 and delivered it on 9th oct-2021 from the Samsung website.
