I have ordered a product dated 29th December 2015, however; till date i.e. 7 Jan 2016 I haven't received the product. Order I'd:[protected]. They told me that the product would be deliver in maximum 3-4 days but it hasn't. One of the customer care executive offered me & later the team member -Ms. Aratrika & manager - Ms. Kiran refused to give me that offer. They confirmed to me that they will getvthe is order delivery by 30-31 December 2015...

I really feel sorry...and it was my mistake that I have Ordered a product from sendmygift. Product which was delivered was of such an poor Quality. This is really disappointing to have such service from gift site...even after having ample follow ups.
