I had order super clean easy spin cleaning bucket - 1 nos rs.1148/- in december 2017.

After checking mop we find

1) mop head is not fitting in rod and
2) in offer you have mention 2 rod extra but we have received only one rod.

We complaint this on same day.

Then from your side it is return on 19/01/2018 but till date after follow up...
