I have shopping on shopclues of i-kall mobile . which is defective I.e charger and sim is not fixing on his point .both charger and sim slot is not working .return my money. or I will file case against shopcluses. Im trying to place a order by using ur application. I have money on cluebucks 829 rupess. N i have to utilise that money. I[censored] cant take my order through cluebucks then kindly refund my 829 rupees....

I already paid for the product early by debit card but today it said "slight procurement delay from merchant" . Seriously, this was my first first product I ordered and already paid the money and also my worst experience on shopclues. After getting this product I will never buy anything from shopclues for this worst service.

Shopclues had granted me 249 buck points as it had delivered me a wrong product. Today, when I have visited the site to purchase an item I have identified that my Clue Bucks are not available.

I have purchased a Sony Bravia 40W700C led HD Tv from Shopclues bearing order no.86800650 and the same has delivered to me on 11.03.2016. when i open the box, remote control, power adaptor n manual book was not available inside the box. I got copied Sony power bank only its not genuine it's not working good like a china made.only 10 min it's working I want my money back or I want original Sony power bank otherwise I put case against you contact me as soon as possible.in this shopclues totally waste no time keeping not original all are copied.

Sir my order no.86350557.retan request no.2668272. my order Intex power HD mobile. delivery date on 01/03/16. iam packing open inside old micromax mobile. with in after 10 min iam wrong mobile delivery on return compliant. iam already upto today 10 times compliant in Custmer support any replay. please replace mobile or refund money my account...

Product should be replaced by shopclues.com & since the product is purchased from shopclues, com they are solely responsible for relacement/refund on my purchase...

My refund request is also been denied..
