I have ordered for a Combo of Quilted Carpet & 3 Mats (Blu) using shopclues.com and the order ID is 87721519...The order was placed 15 days ago and received very late without any intimation of the expected delivery date or time. I had ordered OnePlus mobile.from Shopclues. It was told as Factory refurbished.

Found that this is a second hand and extensively used mobile with dent marks, rub cleaning marks, dirty camera eye, shineless old front.

Requested return within 15 minutes of its receipt on 5th March 2016.
