Plz help me. I didn't do any transaction today with my state bank of india. I am using only sbi atm card, 15th february 2019 morning 10.53am to 11.15am 77 transactions done without my knowledge.in that i lost rs.9538/-. How it happens i couldn't understand. I did not use my atm card in any shops, or i did not do the any online transaction like phone recharge. I didnt have internet banking with state bank of india. Only i have pass book, cheque...

My sbi general insurance policy was opened n august 2016. I didnt opted for auto renewal. And agent was fraud me as 100rs in year, while from my account debited 1300rs every year till date. How can auto-renewal possible without self-attested documents. I have to stop it with immediate action asap. I want my refund asap. I was busy in my job and work. I couldnt see debit money from my debited amount from my saving passbook bcz my bank account...

I do not possess any sbi credit card, inspite of that sbi, dumdum road branch, kolkata debited rs 588.82 from my account [protected] on its own though i have not registered any autopay facility in favour of sbi credit card. I went to branch (Code no. 12373) to lodge complaint, but the officials refused to talk in this matter and advised me to talk with some other officials meant for sbi credit card who sit separately in a table in the branch....

Here i share my complaint against sbi, beacuse only sbi charging today annual atm card service provid charges + sms charges quatarly from customer account without prior information. I would like to take this platform to raise a complain against sbi credit card department.
I was provided with an sbi credit card whose maximum balance limit was 15000 inr and i never had an opportunity to even use the credit card as the credit card representative had an health insurance for myself covered for the issues card, where i had to pay 17000 inr. On 14th feb 2019 at 9.30pm i was making online payment of tatasky d2h recharge and on completion i received message from the sbi stating your transaction was successfull but tatasky d2h got deactivated saying that they have not received any payment. On scrutiny, it came to understand that the payment had gone to naukriaim info tech pvt. Ltd. Of a transaction of rs, 220/- vide reference no. Igafknpzv8. I have not visited your site for payment....

Today i got a message"dz-scisms:your a/c xxxxxxx843 has a debit of rs 147on 15/2/2019. I dont know previously in the month of jan 2019 same thing happended. I want to know why the deduction happening al the time.
I have trust in state bank of india but if this unethical things start to happen what shall we do. We must be careful always. The bank authority should be careful dealing with the customers details otherwise...

A refund of 895 rupees was successfully processed on 8 feb 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved...
