Delivery address is not more then 1 KM....

Courier is not delivered. When I visited Ramamurthy Nagar Branch, Bangalore, they are not cooperating to get my courier.

I don't know, how many days this unprofessional team will take to deliver the courier.

It's been 3 months and my courier is still not delivered. I live in Hyderabad, not in some village, although I agree there was a lockdown, but now that everything eased there has been no indication of the delivery yet. I phoned all of the customer support numbers listed, but no one responded.

After contacting the prof. Couriers, rajahmundry it is known that the item is wrongly delivered to chintalapudi, guntur district instead of chintalapudi, west godavari district.

Prof. Couriers, rajahmundry staff are not responding properly on this matter.

Resolve the issue at the earliest....

The delivery agent called and informed on 10-june-21 that he is coming to deliver it within an hour. But then he stopped contacting and will not return the calls. Its been 5 days now and the delivery agent is still not responding. Tried to call customer care but the line is busy forever. I got a message from professional couriers on 17th May stating that a package has been received from ISHA foundation by them to be delivered to me. Its almost 2 months now but I have still not received any tracking number nor has the package been delivered to me. Kindly guide me how can I track my package....

Today I got a call from the professional couriers in Kannur(cannanore) branch, they told me that I have a courier but i have to go to thier main office and collect it.

What's the point of a courier service if they don't deliver it to my address. And this is not the first time they told me to collect from their office, why should I spend my money and travel and find thier office when we already pay for the courier service....
