I had registered online complaint on 27/10/2016 bearing no. Tipl/ha/2016/10/27/8318 and sent tv at service center udaipur. For repairing under warranty which was on 02/11/2016 last date. 2016, which was attended on 21.10.2016, some part was to be changed as reported by the Engineer, within 10 days, but nothing has been done till now, nor anything as been heard.

Sir, I bought a Toshiba 2TB Hard Disk (Model Number : DT01ACA200) before 2 to 3 month. I logged the complaint on 29th may 2016, request # sr5h 0032031, for the toshiba tv screen issue and following that the refund was processed as a solution to that issue . but now we are in the sixth month and still have not got the cheque . earlier i was getting replies on mail but since 10th oct 2016, there has been update on the cheque .
