I had vodafone postpaid sim. I changed this vodafone postpaid sim into a prepaid sim in oct 2016. Since then vodafone has not yet returned my security money. My the then sim was [protected].

I recharged my phone number [protected] with international roaming pack amount 5751 but i am not getting any signal here in kokomo indiana Usa. i tried various option as described by helpline like manually network setting. but its show not registered while i am trying to connect with other network like T-mobile or AT&T and others. If the recharge options not available here, So i request you please start the process of refund of my amount....

Sim not working. If sim working then there is network problem and internet doesn't work. And the CUSTOMER CARE number is not dialed by my phone. And the mini store doesn't help me. Since jan2018 i have charged unnecessary on vas. Though all my services and add on have been stopped in feb after complaining to customer care already.
