Hi, i have started receiving text messages stating that i need to upgrade my sim to 4g or else the current sim card will not work/expire. Please note that i use a 3g phone and if this upgradation is done forcefully then the 4g simcard won't work in my 3g phone. We have been paying vodafone bills quite before due date in spite of they not providing proper services and network. We have written to their ceo mr. Sunil sood, their md mr. I asked to customer care they said that i have sent bulk sms. Actually, i sent one message to my own other two numbers. I have taken the post paid sim card in vodafone store. Initially they collected refund deposit and after disconnection of the sim card as promised they have not issued my deposit amount.

After repeated mails and visiting the vodafone store there is no use.

Vodafone is adverting about red together plan and adverting if you add 5 number 20% saving on you tariff. I had vodafone family plan with 5 number and after speaking to vodafone i decided to move my plan from red family to red together. They deactivated my vodafone red family plan immediately and it has been 2 month from then they still haven't activated red together.

Rs 35 and rs 2 had been deducted unauthorized from my vodafone balance within last 3 or 4 days. I havent neither subscribed nor opted for this service but suddenly i see the reduction in my balance amount. Also i was getting other messages like "ayurveda pack couldnot be activated and holding your request if you recharge within 7 days". Similarly for "gamezina pack, entertaintment pack" and so on, which i have not opted/requested for. And...

Vas service activeted without permission, now when i am requesting to stop this service, no one is listening properly. Customer care reply they will stop the service. I have requested many time but till the time service is activated. I think it is the way of mobile operator companies to active vas services if you asked why they have activated this kind of service they have good excuse that these services are activated with consent of customer....

I bought a postpaid connection 6 year back and paid a security deposit. And vodafone assured me that your security amount will be returned to you after 6 months but its 6 years and didn't received any security amount yet. Vodafone india is doing this from years to all there postpaid customers. I will also send a rti request to trai regarding this. So i ask all vodafone customers to stay clear from this cheaters....
