Even after an year, my holiday calendar is still not activated, also as per the sales guys this contract was sellable to any one including them when i needed, but now when i contact support team, they say it is not and can be sold only if i find someone in the friends and family, so in short they are lying through out.

Now, when i am trying to sell the membership due to financial emergency i can't, also in my login it shows i have rs, 6000 pending and i do not know the reason why.

All the sales guys have left the company and now i have no contacts who can be relied on, support is pathetic and claiming money which is fraud

I have got no clarification on emails, calls despite of several follow up, their sales guys verdict is as i quoted below and now what i get from them is false.

My email response to them

"i was told by sales guys, that for every night stay i have to pay 1000 rs, this cost was never told not written in the contract.

Do you mean to say, if i pay 9000 rs once per year, no other per night cost have to be paid?"

We received a call and were called to collect gift at amanora mall, pune. After 45 minutes discussion with your sales person, she told me your package details and company information. I will ask to give me a permission to call my family members about your membership. But your sales person didn't allow me to call. Then after a long discussion, i have paid 40000 rs for 5 years membership. Your sales person told me that if you want to buy or sell your package then we have brokers. Then we have signed your documents without reading it. Then i raised a request to cancel my membership and asking for refund my amount. Then i got call from thane office, and lady told me that this amount is non refundable. Within 1 and half hr discussion, your sales person never told me about this. Upon further discussion with our family, we decided on not continuing with the membership.

We hope our money is refunded back to us, as soon as possible, or we'll be forced to take serious actions.

I am a 25chutti member. Membership id 231925.

During enrollment at vashi raghulella sales office, i was promised 2 movie tickets per month for next 10 years, however i am still to receive the same even once. The person concerned / sales manager mr prasant is usually not picking up calls. Even last month he asked me to buy the tickets and which he promised to reimburse, however i have still not received the amount in my account.

The free travel vouchers that they give are useless, and have been devised that they cannot be used, as it cannot be redeemed on holidays or weekends (Very ridiculous).

After you are signed up for a plan, they never entertain you and behave unprofessionally if you approach them at their sales office.

Advise everyone reading this post to stay away from 25chutti, and not waste your money, and they only believe in giving false promises and duping people.

I, mr. Megharaj pillivari, i'm writing this letter requesting you to refund the money taken as part of membership. We received a message and were called to amanora mall, hadapsar, pune to collect gift once we were present at the location, executive asked for 45 mins of time and explained about travel scheme. Later i was asked to pay 25000/- as token advance which i have paid.

Now i don't want to become a member and continue my membership with 25 chutti.com and i want my money 25000 back.

25Chutti are fooling people. I was nearly being duped by these people, but luckily saved. On Last 2 Last Sunday, 18th Feb 2018 there was a Brand Factory Sale. We had done some shopping in Sarvoday Mall Kalyan. While I was in the trial room for checking some apparels one lady arrived and taken my name and phone number from wife on the pretext of some luck draw. On last Sunday, 25th Feb 2018 I got a call in the morning from a lady(name forgotten). She told me that we won a lucky draw prize and we need to come to their office before 7.00 PM on the same day to collect the same. Also the lady told me to confirm immediately, but I was busy so told her will try to come and ended the call. In the evening again, they call me this time a lady handed the phone to her senior who politely forced me to come to the office. When I inquired him what type of prize I have won, he told me that 1)kitchen Set 2)Kalyan Jwellers Coupon worth 5000/- 3)Holiday package for 2D/3N for Goa will be given. Also the guy told me to invest 45 min Promotional Presentation and come along with wife(Compulsion). Me, my Wife and my Kid reached there by 7.30 PM. Receptionist told us to fill a form mentioning my personal details like DOB, Credit Card details, Vehicle Owned, Salary details etc. I had strictly told that no personal details will be provided for mere a presentation, but mail-ID can be given so that they can mail me the promotional schemes they have. One of the representatives accompanied us to the room inside. Many more people were already present inside which 25chutti people trying to dupe. Representative started explaining their lucrative Holiday Package At 07.30 pm.

The following offers/strategies they were highlighting to us-
1) 6D/7N any domestic holiday in 3/4 star hotel package with discounted traveling options and food. Which we can avail any time during my membership period. Total 60 destinations. 40 domestic and 20 international. If not taken this year these days would be carried forward.
2) If a place is not available on their listed location, then they can get a booking from tying up hotels for which we have to pay a nominal amount depending upon hotel.
3) You do not have to pay additional if you gift holidays to friend or relatives.
4) 9000 Rs had to be paid for every year and that too for 15 years.

Sooner I realized that this one is like a cheat fund company in a different shell, giving fake promises and false information.
During this period they created Such a sense Of hurry by saying this is life time Offer.
I don't remember the names of all these people who were trying to dupe and misguide me with false information and fake promises, but can share phone numbers.

I, mr. Nikhil mokal, i'm writing this letter requesting you to refund the money taken to block our membership spot. We received a message and were called to raghuleela mall, vashi, navi mumbai. Upon calling, we were asked to pay rs. 2500/- in order to block our membership, upon further discussion with our family, we decided on not continuing with the complete membership process.
Informing you along with this, that no form or legal document stating, "our money won't be refunded" was signed by us. We haven't signed any contract or document binding us to your scheme/ offer.

My name is Dilip Sutar I had taken membership in 2016 november of 1lakh (4n&5d). They just menipulate me to buy the membership they just started from higher I just cant affort but lastly they offered low price membership and forcely trying to convence. finally I buy the membership but unfortunatly I hadn't go anywherebecoz of my daughter marriage and know I dont want this membership.
The agent Bali said if in future we just dont want this membership we can cancel or exchange with person want to buy the membership and all thing they will do.
I treid many more time to contact that person but its reachable i called customer care but they just said this kind of policy we do not have, I just feeling to make police complaint against this 25chutti.com.
Following features / offers committed to us by sales team ( Mr. Bali ) Vashi Raghuleela Mall.

1) 6N&8 Days any domestic package inclusion everything flight tickets, food, & private car. which we can avail any time during my membership period. no compulsion to avail this year. They will help to book additional two tickets for my children in discounted rate.

from their book let (Kashmir, Andaman & nikobar, Shimla here were 7 to 8 packages they shown)

2) 4N/5 day package for 5 years in = 3* hotels which includes breakfast & lunch or dinner & private car. I can accommodate less than 12 year 2 children with us without any additional charges if I do not demand for extra bed.

3) You do not have any travel restrictions you can go any day among 365 day in year. you have to just book 25 or 30 days advanced.

4) If place is not available their listed location we can get booking from tied up hotels for which we have to pay nominal amount which can be very 500 to 1000 depending upon hotel.

5) they will plan our entire itinerary and help us for air booking in discounted rate.

6) You do not have to pay additional if you gift holidays to friend or relatives or they accompany you.

7) you do not have to pay maintenance charges if you are not availing holidays in that year. You have to pay it only year when you avail your holidays.

8) They have given us 2N/3D stay to attend presentation and said if you take membership any condition mentioned in voucher is not applicable to you. I will arrange lonavala trip for you from tied up hotel.

I am feeling like cheated and wish to file FIR for cheating and unethical business done by your company. I want to cancel my membership and want my money back. I do not want to continue relationship with the company which is not ethical.

After personally visiting and dog like followup still they have not updated services in portal and today they have emailed me MOU in which one clause is written do not trust sales person verbal promises, ...

they have fooled me... I want to warn all people do not deal with them they are liars cheater and not doing ethical business...

Guys please take legal action on 25chutti company having office at 2nd floor, sarvodaya mall, kalyan west, 421301. After lot of complaints and cheat they still fooling the people around for such fraud and frivolous travel schemes. I escaped and denied the scheme offeer and saved myself but fact is that i saw consumer complaints since 2015 & 2016 still they are operating freely.

There is one more company called brand tourio same functions like 25chutti. Operating freely to fool people. So be aware.

I was looking for travel packages with my wife and it happened so that i received a call one fine day from 25chutti.com. A travel advisor helped me with all the deals and packages that could be offered in the market. I got the deals and did a check with companies like mahindra holidays and sterling but couldn't find a better deal than what 25chutti.com had to offer me. Excellent deals accompanied with great investment ideas helped me in buying their membership package. I have even enrolled my elderly family members who benefit the idea of investment and can travel at their favorite destination as well. A big thumbsup to 25chutti.com

As per your sales manager and sales agent membership sold me included 7n and 8d package for 5 years which includes 3 domestic and 2 international holidays.

They orally confirmed that this membership includes all airfare and transportation charges including guide and car services while on holiday.

Though i insisted to provide written confirmation they confirmed all will be mentioned on policy document which i will receive within 45 days.

As recently confirmed by bookings team my policy only take cares of accommodation charges.

I am shrikrishna goud. I was taken a membership of 25chutti.com on 30th july 2017 from vashi. Were your sales person anurag ([protected]) and prasant ([protected]) commited to various services but they are not delivered. 3 times they are promised to me but they not delivered. After fail to delivered the commitement they never bother to call and inform to me, and still they not responding to me.

After looking this kind of services, cancel my memebership and refund my 15000/- within 48 hours...

Hi, Promises made by sales persons of 25 chutti are false and they speak very harshly & rudely and I have read complaints from lot of members, but if these sales people are abusing and threatening us then why all complainers are come together and fight against them ??. we should come together & discuss our experience and together we can fight against this cheating. please share each ones email id so we can send communicate with each and meet at one place and wiil fix a time to meet for our next action.

Please do not take any package offered by 25 Chutti. This is completely fraud company. They will promise you lot of things about your holidays and actually offer you third class cheapest hotels which you don't even have option to change. Very few location they offer where you can book with so many restrictions. You will end up in paying almost double which usually available online at one third of price. Please please nerver ever take their package even if they are offering it for free.

This is a totally fraud company. All the problems described by others in this site happened to us also. Their customer care always have holidays or never responds till you threaten them. We were promised of many complimentary offers like 6 free couple movie tickets, event passes around Thane, offers on air tickets booking, etc. but these offers are not valid and they never gave us the paper where their agent described us these offers and conditions and told us that it will come along with the welcome kit. Even the welcome kit arrived after 20 days after we made several calls to the customer care.

I had taken the membership of this and paid a sum of Rs 50, 000/- for 5 year holiday period where i can use the holiday for 3 nights /4 days . i paid money on 29th June 2015... i had at the time of booking cancelled a clause which would have barred me for booking holidays during peak season.

i had not utilised my holiday for 1 st year. now this year when i am asking for holiday in GOA from 28th December to 1 st January they are not willing to give me the same and also offering me other days in Hotels which are of not class /standard to which they mentioned in MOU.

I will like to have either my money back with refund or reimburse me with cost i incur in goa.

Dear sir,

I have subscribed through my wife anandhi / email address [protected]@gmail.com 25 chutti believing their words on 2015. However the kind of hotels they provide are the worst. During their 1 hour show they stated the hotels will be 3 star plus. But the hotels they provide are not even 2 satr worth.

In the 1 hour show they promised 7 days prior booking now when ever we try to book they say 25 days.

25 chutti are big cheaters. Many people are still being cheated.

Please help innocent victims of their cheating.
