I got offer from sundirect 332/2 months, so i contacted our distributor regarding offer and told him to recharge, but he had done 322 instead of 332, we have noticed that after one month, when we asked him he gave rude answers, then we contacted chat support and call support of customer care, even they didnt respond properly, really this was the first company o have ever seen as irresponsible with customers, they are ending their conversation while we are asking for resolve, really i will never refer sundirect to anyone, because they dont bother customers, poor service, poor customer representatives, i hope i can get good service with another dth... We have been using sundirect connection: [protected] for more than a decade now, since then very worst customer services were providing by the Sundirect. Few days back all channels have completely down suddenly, though sufficient balance exists in the account, I mean to say, currently we are unable to view any channel which we subscribed... I am using sundirect from long back from 4 years.
At staring i haven't noticed the cheating done by them but if we observe carefully. The amount we recharged is tax deducted twice.
First when we recharge after deducting tax remaining amount is credited into the wallet and again while subscribing a pack they will deduct tax... Dear sir,
I reacharged sundirect dth wrongly with 220 (Online).
Its cannada package. I want malayalam package actualy its 219 package, so i requested with their customer care 9 times. First they said you have to reacharge rs5. I reachargerd 10 rupees. I waited 24 hour and again called but i didn't get justice... I tried to recharge with ₹277 in sundirect from the portal using the Registered mobile number. I paid the above amount . But what I got is a recharge failure message. So in turn I lost my money. What I expected was Either they should refund the money to bank account or sundirect account.
