As far as I know, Unitech is a reputed company and the second largest real estate developer in India. So be sure that you will be compensated by Unitech for sure. In such cases, the customer and the company has to work with each other to find a solution through negotiation. I am sure Unitech officials will help you in this matter in any way possible...

Unitech is a very sucky company. Do not trust them. Most of their properties get delayed, and it will take a couple of years more to get possession. I would suggest you get someone to approach consumer court in India. Devang P is a Unitech employee so don't listen to him anyway...
