The new issue with icicidirect as per the message on the website is that the amount of traffic exceeds the Web site's configured capacity. If the so called "biggest private bank" group can't handle the traffic why do they take so many customers. if the IT capacity is not manageable then stop opening up new demat accounts for new customers...
