Reliance we world at Merlin Appt. , Tollygunge phari but they refrain to refund or adjust in Top up. Total 5 complain lodged to their customer service cell but no action. l. look in to and ensure no further deduction as i am using this sim simply to receive calls and make calls and for any other purpose even not using for SMS...
