so i boiled 1 litre Amul Cow's milk and added lemon to it, , to my surprise it did not affect the milk at all, i kept the mixture as it is for the whole night. Later in morning i again tried boiling thinking by now at least the milk proteins will seperate but the milk was still intact. so, i addedd one tea spoon on dahi to it and then boiled it i was taken aback to see the milk unaffected...

My regular milk man gave me a pouch of amul cow milk today. The condition of the pouch looked so bad as if it was a recycled one. It did not contain even the manufacturing date. Why amul is not printing the manufacturing date on the pouches? AS already duplicate milk is being supplied all over...
