from september 2010 channels are missing one by one
from october 2010, no channels are vissible, showing 'no CH' on my setop box
i complained to sundirect through online complaint on november 2010 and december 2010
also throgh customer care call centre nearly 15 times by phone (call cost 8rs per call-100rs)
every time they told me that they will send service persons, till now nobody came for repair
i invested 2600rs for dish, now i cannot afford more for other dish service
my family didnt watch tv for last 1 month
plz take necessary action immediately

last one and half year Sundirect, last 6 months i have been facing lot of problems with this service, there is no proper response from the customer representative, just they will give some suggestions whatever they feel, it wont give any resolution and time and phone bills waste, Its No 1 Worst Servcie in India, i may be not knowking other service provider, but as per my experinece its worst than worst service... Sir,
Due to Sundirect Satilite Change I am not able to View subscribed channels. I already paid amount to view to my Telugu basic Package. But I am not able to view all channels.

Hi, Sundirect has moved to new satellite and are displaying ad in the TV giving the contact number of the customer care. They are asking to contact those numbers to get a free realignment done. Unfortunaltely the customer service is so poor. many channels not available in my DTH. & many time i have complained to cust care, there was no Respond.
please Kindly do Change my DISH direction and let me watch all channels... I have a Sundirect DTH connection. I opted for the Hindi package with Asianet additional pack paying the requisite amount. However, inspite of 30 days the service is not activated after 20-25 complaints and personal visits to local vendor.

PL RETUNE MY SET TOP BOX . I HAD REPEATEDLY CALLING UR CUSTOMER CARE NOS BUT NO USE ALL ARE BUSY /OUT OF SERVICE.MANY CH... DTH connection from Sundirect Company about two year back. Now days the company is not providing the channels which was offered to me during the purchase time. For example the Channels like, 'Chirithira'(Malayalam), 'NDTV Profit' and Radio channels etc. which were provided earlier are now being not provided to me for which I had approached the customare care of Sundirect at Kolkata, but no action has since been taken by them...
