Hi, Sundirect has moved to new satellite and are displaying ad in the TV giving the contact number of the customer care. They are asking to contact those numbers to get a free realignment done. Unfortunaltely the customer service is so poor. Everytime we call that number (my smart card no: [protected]) they will givce you a complaint reference number and say they are forwarding the complaint to the concerned distributor and will be fixed soon...
